1. Quiet, and got out for a walk on Saturday.
2. Shattered. Left house at 06:30, travelled 200 miles to London, had a good walk about, had coffee with magenta_dawned, got home at 23:30. 
3. A bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, 2 sandwiches, bag of crisps, apple, penguin and a pizza.
