1. I tumbled down a flight of stairs Friday night, so my weekend was spent recovering from the fall.

2. Feeling much better today! I shook hands with the President of Ecuador!

3. Scrambled eggs and bacon. And fresh strawberry juice and a piece of chocolate cake.

1. It's Monday. It's been so hectic today the weekend has been erased from my mind. No... wait... it's coming back to me now. But you see how stressful I find Mondays? Surely this isn't normal?

2. Despite what I said above, I've had this strange sense of well-being all day. Probably because of yoga and meditation. But also because I've finally beaten that cold!

3. Since you asked...
Breakfast: 2 eggs, small yoghurt, 1 slice of rye bread, tea
Lunch: coffee, a large banana, small buckthorn smoothie, small milk-free yoghurt, more coffee
Snack: glass of fat free milk, 2 rye crackers with arugula, aged gouda, a small slice of low fat bacon, red bell pepper, oregano and black pepper (these were prepared by my husband, otherwise my snacks aren't so elaborate)
Dinner: a little home made moussaka, left-overs from Saturday. But seeing as I had already eaten quite well today, I only had a small portion. But that moussaka is awesome! It only gets better as it ages!

That's all! Oh, and I'm going to have a big mug of Earl Grey with a little honey before I go to bed.

1--Eh...the same old boring time as ever--LOL!
2--Eh and MEH. The same so far as my weekend--just carried over another day. ;-)
3--Let's see--I had OJ, Cinn. Burst Cheerios with soy milk for breakfast and lunch was some take out from a new Mexican rest. that my parents tried. It was okay, but there are closer places that are basically the same at the same price. MEH. ;-)

1. Okay. Kinda busy.
2. Until I went to work I was feeling sort of chipper. Now I have a dull headache and want a nap.
3. Two bowls of Grape Nuts, some Toll House cookies, a mozarella stick, a handful of Raisinets, tomato basil soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.

  1. Quiet, and got out for a walk on Saturday.
  2. Shattered. Left house at 06:30, travelled 200 miles to London, had a good walk about, had coffee with [livejournal.com profile] magenta_dawned, got home at 23:30. 
  3. A bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, 2 sandwiches, bag of crisps, apple, penguin and a pizza.

Good. It was nice to get away and visit friends in LA even though I HATE that town.

2. How are you feeling today?
Sad...over the weekend was the annual memorial concert on my college campus for a theatre student/my friend who passed away my junior year. Missing him so I spent the day trying not to cry.

3. What have you eaten so far today?
Too many Pringles, some Snackwell Brownie bites, a Coke Zero and some cheese. Yeeeeah not healthy.
