Just got a call from my dad. He starts off with the usual sort of conversation. "Hey! You missed all the snow" and we talk about that for a bit. Then he has to put the phone down to let the dog out and when he gets back, with no preamble. "Mom and I are seeing a lawyer today. Do you have a problem being executor of our will?"
