1. Do laundry, get back to aqua aerobics on Tues/Thurs, go to coffee with Debbie and Jan, ( and maybe Lynne, too), clean the house, and not sure about the rest...

3. Only if I can add things to it to NOT make it plain. I like making fruit smoothies with either plain or vanilla yogurt.
