BPAL-y Question

So.  I need to do some de-stashing and also some decluttering.  I want to put some of my BPAL up for sale, but I think I want to do something more fun than just list imps. 

I have a lot of decants, including things like the original Bigger Critters blend, Peony Moon, Annabel Lee...these and all the general catalog things I have are at least 3 years old.  They have been stored well, most have rolled lables and all are at least testible amounts.

I want to offer Mystery Lots.  The box will have at least 5 imps, plus goodies...something like a used book, stationary, jewelery, maybe even a DVD.

Does $20 sound like a fair price?  Would you like something like that?

$18-20 seems reasonable. I do know though that a lot of people want to pick their scents or may be looking for specific things, rather than taking a chance on a mystery...

I agree; there's probably not a big market for mystery BPAL. If you guarantee a rare or something like that, it might sell better. I don't think BPAL people are going to be overwhelmingly interested in random other stuff; maybe if you pick specific stuff and make a set of imps to go with it? People might go for that.

Hahah, honestly I think $18-20 sounds about right. I personally need to get RID of like 80% of hte BPAL I have cause I don't use it, and *hangs head is shame as admits this* kinda of got about BPAL the way some people were about Beanie Babies back in the day...and now I'd REALLY like to get rid of most of my Imps and a fair few of my bottles. But I'm not really sure of the best place to sell them and get my monies worth.

First off, I've never bought BPAL stuff, but I seem to acquire LJ friends who love it [and a few subsequently have become RL friends too!] haha

But that sounds like a fun mystery lot. Where are you going to sell them? I know on ebay they may or may not go for that amount. Perhaps, once I'm settled in with my student loans and all I'll buy one from you. :-D

I, myself, am super picky about what scents I put on myself, so for me, I'd not want any unless I knew what they smelled like. But that's just me. I am odd, I know...
