1. low-key. dinner out one night. watered a vacationing friend's yard. Football on TV and general chores/ignore chores around here.

2. no plans, maybe Monday night football out, maybe catch up on reading.

3. This week, it's crustito from the local French bakery, mostly 'cause I like saying it. Otherwise, Trader Joe's Sprouted Multi-Grain, 'cause I believe it's good for me.
