1. I prefer to start early. My body does not, and would rater sleep in. It's a constant struggle.

2. Hit snooze a few times, give up and make coffee. Hop back in bed until coffee is done. Get up only for the promise of coffee. Check e-mail, breakfast, shower, dress, go to work.

3. Not a thing.
