ok - I gotta ask - what do you do that's kept you happy and busy for 15 and a half years? I'm jealous (in only the best way - I want to re-create that in my life :>)

Oh, no need to be jealous; I do not actually like my job. I work for the local department of social services; I started out as a receptionist and am now a Medicaid worker, and I've worked every other program except HEAP. I stay because it's the best I'm going to get in this area and this is where I live -- the idea of relocation gives me the heebie-jeebies.

I'm still looking for happy, myself. =)

Oh, it's not even just right now. I've never really wanted to relocate; I grew up here and most of my RL friends and family are here. It's all trade-offs. *shrug*
