I might have a winner for 3. I just pulled my shirt out of the dryer and found a HUGE tear down the sleeve.

1. My promise ring from Mike. What is it a promise of? Why, to buy me a bigger diamond some day, of course! I used to wear my hematite clock pendant every day, but the battery ran out about a year ago and I never got it replaced.

2. Every once in a while, if I've got particulary dry lips.

3. There was traffic, so we got off the highway at the downtown exit, ran into about three one-way streets, went down one the wrong way, ended up taking a street that we thought would put us back on the highway, but instead took us over the Mississippi River and into Illinois. Once in IL, we had to go about 4 miles before there was an exit where we could turn around. Once we did, we had to go back over the river the other direction and got caught in stop-and-go traffic the whole way back.
I was, surprisingly, only about an hour late for work. The kicker is, I only live 10 minutes away from my workplace.
