1. I am left exhausted, sore and sick. It was pretty great. 2. Fave practical shoes - brown Earth shoes, ueber-comfy. Fave hot shoes - black patent leather high-heeled Mary Janes with white trim and a little button, vaguely 40s style. 3. Stephen King, hands down.
2. Fall/winter- My black combat boots, clunky and comfortable. In spring/summer - the flipflops I wore yesterday, also comfortable, but not at all clunky.
3. I'll specify old Stephen King (I was good with him up until about Gerald's Game, when he became a machine of writing.) I've liked a few Grisham books (A Time To Kill was awesome, and I really enjoyed The Innocent Man recently.) But overall, I'd have to go with King.
