1. What is the strangest thing you have ever put on a hot dog?
2. What are you doing tomorrow afternoon?
3. What is the worst book you had to read for school?

1. What is the strangest thing you have ever put on a hot dog?
Jeez, I don't know ... teriyaki sauce?

2. What are you doing tomorrow afternoon?
Probably cleaning the yard. Unless my head-cold gets worse.

3. What is the worst book you had to read for school?
Wuthering Heights

I loved Wuthering Heights! But I know I'm in the minority on this one.

I loved Wuthering Heights too. Although I prefer Charlotte for a Bronte.

Much like Jane Austin, I kind of missed the Brontes aside from what I was forced to read in high school. Sometimes I feel like I missed that whole stage of being a real little girl....

Reading Jane Austen gives me a happy little buzz.

1. I'm pretty boring with my hot dogs.

2. Going to the movies with my parents. We're going to see IRON MAN!!!

3. Algebra textbook. Math. Blech.

1. I haven't been able to eat a hotdog of any sort in yeeeears...I'm vegetarian and can't have gluten, and guess what the main ingredient is in fake hotdogs? Gluten! Yay!

2. Well, that's a good question...I just got off the phone with Von and we can't decide whether to have friends over or just enjoy a rainy day at home with movies and wine and snacks. (I'm leaning towards option two...but then I often do.)

3. What is the worst book you had to read for school?
"Who Has Seen the Wind"...it's the only book I ever 'destroyed' (it's intact but buried under paper maché in my parents' model train set...I hated it!)

I felt very naughty doing it...but I could never tear up, throw away, or burn (gasp!) a book and I really needed to do something cathartic with that one. :D

Truly awful.

And the worst part? I still have the opening quotation by memory all these 20+ years later...

"Who has seen the wind
neither you nor I
Not when the trees bow down their heads
the wind is passing by"

I think it's cuz I had hope for it based on those words. :)

The only one I have ever burned is the draft of the monologue book I put together for my Senior project.

Page by Page.

While drinking wine.

Oh I could burn something I put together myself, no problem...I could see that being satisfying!

The only thing I've burned recently was the 2007 calendar. That was awesome! (2008 is gonna get burnt too, you heard it here first!). :)

Oooo! There should be a party for that!

1. Curry.
2. That all depends on how tonight goes.
3. You know, I can't actually think of anything for this one. I liked pretty much everything I was assigned to read. Hm. I remember not reading "Heart of Darkness," though, because I was totally burned out on heavy lit at the age of 17. I still haven't read it. Maybe I should.

I was the opposite, I pretty much hated all assigned reading all the way through high school.

I once put peanut butter on a hot dog. I don't remember if it was good or not.

Tomorrow I am going through the items in my garage that are not mine and putting them in storage. Then I will take my things out of storage and put them in my garage.

Silas Marner was the most boring book ever assigned to me to read. Hollywood didn't agree, though, and in the early 90's Steve Martin made a movie based on it.

Ooo...I love peanut butter with hot dogs. Camp Shakespeare turned me on to that. But it's better if the dogs are roasted or fried with a tiny bit of garlic or spices.

1. That is a really good question; I'm not sure.
2. Tomorrow afternoon when you wrote this would be today, afternoon. I'll be at my brother & sis-in-law's scrapbooking, and also at a bridal shower.
3. OMG. LORD OF THE FLIES. HORRIBLE.
