We made it to Oregon safe and sound. We're staying with Mark's dad and step-mom in Dallas. Lori and Jeremy are here too. Mark's mom came down for the funeral and it staying with some of her family.

We watched the Top Chef marathon yesterday, which has lead to a lot of talk about bacon. Good Times.

1. I grew up in Prince George's County in Maryland. It sounds all fancy, but it's really. REALLY. Not.
