1. I don't play pranks. But I did hang a sign at my desk here at work that says, "Lori's not here today. She's decided to pretend she's in Hawaii and will return on April 2nd." Too bad I didn't think of this before I left the house. I could have worn a Hawaiian shirt today.

2. The webcomic misdirections. I'd already taken my nighttime meds when I tried reading Questionable Content. It utterly confused me as to what the hell was happening.

It wasn't April Fools, just a Monday where I was already at the end of my rope, but a few summers ago I had the Conservatory Director walk into the morning meeting and announced that there had been a horrible accident in which I had died. (At that point I popped my head through the doorway behind her and then hid again.)

The good news was that my evil twin was willing to come in and work on the petty cash reconciliation and Quick Books, but the bad news was that the evil twin knew nothing about the schedule, classes or productions and would not be able to answer any questions in those areas. Also, the twin was known to bite if asked about these things.

2) Today's looping wootoff. I can be slow sometimes.
3) In a time bubble all by myself, where I can do what I want to do AND get things done that needs to be done.
