1. What do you do with a pair of pants that suddenly rips a hole right in the crotch?

2. What is your favorite part of going to the fair?

3. Would you be brave enough to eat an entirely vegan cookie?

and a bonus question to make up for yesterday -

What are your plans for this weekend?

1. Make a skirt. A friend and I did this with a pair of jeans in the 6th grade. Interesting results.

2. Seeing the R&W sing and the food.

3. YES! I had a couple last spring and, compared to all the other vegan food I was eating, it was delicious!

Going to the sailboat to 'get away from it all'.

1. Go home and change if possible. Duct tape if not.

2. Mmmm.... fair food.

3. My sister-in-law is the most glorious vegan-chef ever. I'd eat anything vegan as long as she made it.

Seeing Becoming Jane with a friend tomorrow afternoon. Going to a BBQ tomorrow evening. Sunday afternoon I am spending 4 hours with my beautiful friend [livejournal.com profile] sylvanpixie during her layover in Boston on her way back to Anchorage.

1. Patch 'em, or throw em away.
2. i hate fairs
3. what's wrong with vegan cookies? It's just oil instead of egg and shortening instead of butter; most cheap mass manufactured cookies do the same thing, they just don't advertise it. When's the last time you saw "butter" or "egg" in the ingredients list of a chips ahoy? Sure, there's animal ingredients in there, but not where you'd expect.

He makes fun of me for not trying them, but I have had bites and I just do not find these tasty cookies. They are "clot" cookies, thick without enough crispy for my taste. My mom used to make several dozen cookies every year for Christmas and I am spoiled about my cookies. Most will hit some tasty spot with me, but not the vegan fair cookies.
