Ramona Quimby has been put to bed. We had strike last night. I'm rather sorry to see the show go, I really had an amazing group of kids. Hopefully some of them will turn up for Christmas Story auditions - tonight!? Gah!!!
Physical therapy isn't going very well. I had a weight/strength session two weeks ago (running a bike with my hands, working on a weight machine and having to lift small amounts in different ways, like just moving my shoulders forward and back.) Since then it's been back to the massage table trying to work out some fierce knots and pain. Hopefully I'll get another weight session soon and do better with it.
