I had my yearly checkup with the allergy doc yesterday. He is absolutely delighted with my progress and the general state of the
ghost_light allergy-wise. We had a nice talk about what foods are the most likely to cause symptoms. I finally admitted that stress is a trigger and he used that as an opportunity to get on his soapbox about taking my Singular. I'm actually going to try to do it this time. I got a flu shot yesterday too - reportedly the last one in the office (or, as the girl administering put it 'the last available dose in the whole wide world.') The doc told me afterward that it was also the preservative-free pediatric dose. He though I would like that.
