I've caught my first coldy-fluy bug in a couple years and I am down for the count. About 5 I woke up so congested the entire roof of my mouth hurt so I downed 3 Advil and then went looking for a decongestant. I finally found one that someone at Camp Shakespeare had given me thinking it was an antihistamine. Nature's Way. All the packaging looks very health food - inactive ingredients include vitamin c, zinc, goldenseal root, echinacea...all looks very natural. Then I check out the active ingredient
