I've caught my first coldy-fluy bug in a couple years and I am down for the count. About 5 I woke up so congested the entire roof of my mouth hurt so I downed 3 Advil and then went looking for a decongestant. I finally found one that someone at Camp Shakespeare had given me thinking it was an antihistamine. Nature's Way. All the packaging looks very health food - inactive ingredients include vitamin c, zinc, goldenseal root, echinacea...all looks very natural. Then I check out the active ingredient

Pseudoephedrine.

Even nature can't improve on the best

I know this sounds crazy, but next time you feel like you are getting sick drop two or three drops of hydrogen peroxide in each ear, do one ear and wait for a minute and then do the other, and you either won't get sick or the cold will be less severe, I know that sounds odd, but it truly works.
