2. Not out of it, but sincerely improved penalty! Instead of impoundment, jail, and a $500+ ticket I got a merely $120 ticket.

1--Never hsd one so I don't know. ;-)
2--Not that I can recall--but I've never tried to get out of them...if I was speeding back in my driving days then I deserved the ticket if I got one. MEH. Just how I feel about them. Or really anything that anyone does that is illegal. Again--MEH.
3--Nope...can't says that I have. ;-)

1) Funny you ask... I'm currently obsessed with them. I eat them daily. I'm on a kick :)

2) Not a speeding ticket, but I've talked myself out of worse... Like driving a car that was registered to someone else with no played, no bill of sale, no insurance, no title and nothing else to prove I hadn't stolen it. I had just bought it and was stupid. The cop must have picked up on that.

1) not so much. I am learning.

2) Only ever got stopped for speeding once, when I was 17... hysterical story, and while I did NOT 'get out of it' I kinda DID. ...I was traveling down the main I-5 doing a speed run from Seattle to LA in a sporty little 1980's Celica, complete with louvres, sporty pain, and one of those tiny steering wheels the sportscars have... and my now ex-wife had her head on my lap, sleeping... an officer saw, in passing, and assumed... WELL.... yeah. So he nailed me for doing 65 in a 55... I gladly paid the fine and never got one again-0 because just a mile or two before I had been going OVER 80. So. Talk about a close shave... that's really the only traffic ticket I ever got.

3) Many times! Used to do it every year, but we didn't do so this year because we were busy with work related things.
