Date: 2012-01-20 06:52 am (UTC)2. We were the Red Devils. This was always a big debate because many thought that it was disrespectful to Native Americans even though it was quite apparent from the mascot pictures that we were actually "Satan". No stereotyped headdresses, mohawks, or bows/arrows. Just a big picture of Satan with a pitch fork and tail.
