1. I don't know that's a hard one. OH I know and extra that way I would not have to do very much ( less chance of making a mistake).

3. I like e-mail b/c it gets there quicker, no stamp, and hopefully you get a reply faster as well, and if you are sending pics you don't have to get a billion copes made and photo quick.
