1. having my left hand ducktapped behind my back..no left hander's allowed apparently... I showed them I wrote with my feet.

1. Playing outside in heaps of colourful fallen leaves, making sand castles in the sandbox, swinging on the swings, fighting about whose turn it is to swing, chasing boys, being chased by boys, swimming in a big green plastic pool that was only taken out on really hot summer days, learning my first yoga moves, trying to draw a wolf, playing a marigold in a spring matinee, meeting my mum at the gate when she came to get me, having my first crush although I didn't really think in those terms yet...

2. Books and films. And clothes, apparently, but I'm not sure if that counts.

3. Chocolate.

1) Distinctly I remember a classmate who swallowed a metal jack, that kind you use when playing ball and jacks, and it got lodged in his throat and the medics came. I can remember being quite scared.

1. I remember not knowing the Pledge of Allegiance and using my left hand (dominant) to cover my heart throughout Kindy until someone finally pointed out it was wrong. I also remember not knowing much English since my first language was Korean.

2. I collect purses, pottery, kitchen gadgets... whatever I get in my pointy head that I want to collect that week.

1. Lots... going to several different schools, horribly hot desert weather, going to a museum, playing with toy cars, hating arithmetic, hating naptime. In the most disturbing memory, a boy sat down with me in a play tunnel during recess, and suddenly took the gum out of his mouth and shoved it down my panties. Won't go into what happened after that!

2. Tarot cards, but I don't have a very big collection.

3. Kit-Kat bars... I also like white chocolate, red vines, and Reese's cups.

2--DVD's, books that I never read (LOL, but true), books by John Saul (my favorite author), colds (LOL, but sad). Too many things really. ;-)
3--Humm...I'm not really a candy person...I mean it's okay, but--oh wait--3 Musketeers (sp?)--that creamy center stuff is to DIE FOR! ;-)

1. Being told I couldn't read the books on the bookshelf, knocking over said bookshelf and saying, "If I can't read, then nobody can read!"

2. I used to collect pottery. I guess the obvious answer these days is "books" but I have so many of them that I haven't read, and I'm not reading as fast as I used to, so I haven't been buying a lot of books, either.

1) didn't actually GO to school much. I knew everything and they refused to move me to first grade because I was only 4-1/2 and they didn't think I was old enough to be in kindergarten in the first place. I responded by counting to 100, writing a few sentances, and then never showing up. :P

2) crap, apparently... mostly art supplies, i'd like to think, but this house is filled with STUFF, and hell if I know why.

3) Favourite... hasta be chocolate by /type/... but specific? Right now, this exact moment, those "Reeces Sticks" are my total weakness. I have to have them. YUM!

1. What do you remember about kindergarten?
-Riding the bus and purposely sitting in the back on the way home so I'd go flying when we went over bumps,
-Hating that I couldn't write my name in all caps,
-That week where my mother made me wear pants because apparently even though I liked wearing the dresses/skirts I wouldn't behave like a lady in them,
-Being the Color purble in our song about the rainbow,
-Never EVER getting to get the story book of Ferngully: The Last Rain Forest when we'd have get a free book day,

Postcards, Books, DVDs, Turtles, Audrey Hepburn things, Willow Tree Angels/Figurines, Movie Ticket Stubs, Harry Potter Merch, Cloth Embroidered Patches

3. What is your favorite kind of candy?
I really like Reisen...but they stick to my teeth. I'm also a big fan of Dark Chocolate and Sour Patch Kids.
