I wonder if the guy who stole it dumped it somewhere when it got switched off, and someone else reclaimed it and took it as a donation to a battered-woman's crisis center?
You know what I mean, right? Some places have a center where you can donate your old cell phones and they fit them out to give to women in crisis so they can call 911 if they're afraid their stalker or an abusive partner is out to get them.
