1. To make my neighbor a very nice chocolate-vanilla swirl cheesecake with strawberries on top. She brings our daughter home from track practice with her daughter. It's our way of saying "Thank you".
2. Turkey. I haven't eaten cows or pigs in like 15-20 years.
3. A woman named Maria, who runs a coffee shop/cafe who is moving back to her native Italy soon. I'm going to miss that woman like crazy. But we plan to keep in touch...
