From elementary school until her junior year of high school, the smallbear and I took in as many of the local plays as we could -- school plays, community theater groups, semi-pro touring companies. One thing we discovered -- you can sometimes find a truly great performance in a junior-high play cast, so "experience" is not the secret to a good actor.
