1) Nope... unless you count outpatient physical therapy sessions at the hospital as a kid (not voluntary).
2) As a physically disabled kid, I never participated in gym class... but I was required to go, anyway, and sit on the sidelines and watch ... though I think once, for field day, they played "twister," and let me do the spinner...
3) What do you mean, "or"? Together forever, bb! (unless it's close to bedtime, then it's just the chocolate)
