LonelyDumptruck has a new fitness regime which requires him to swing a sledgehammer around our living room. He says he'd do it outside but he might feel silly.

LOl...I think. ;-) I want to do that exercise too...wonder how my parents would react to just seeing me walk into the living room with a sledge hammer. ;-)
