1. What did you learn yesterday?

2. What is one habit you know you should break for your own health, safety or self-improvement?

3. What do you listen to while you are working?

I can read 4 books in 2 days if they're small enough (about 200 or so pages each)

not exercising - this has to stop - or rather, start - exercising that is ;>

1. I learned how to write a rejection letter to a job applicant. :(

2. I should stop carrying my debit card in my wallet.

3. I don't listen to anything while working on anything that requires concentration. It is too distracting for me. But while cleaning (or other mindless tasks), I like listening to showtunes or other music I can easily sing along with.

1. What did you learn yesterday?
I learned that by changing the title of the Paws and Effect website from "Paws and Effect" to "Cat Advice | Paws and Effect," I can improve my site rankings in search engines.

2. What is one habit you know you should break for your own health, safety or self-improvement?
I should be more ergonomically correct when working at my computer, at work or at home (stop alternating between sitting on my chair in a half-lotus position and slouching) in order to avoid repetitive motion disorders and back pain.

3. What do you listen to while you are working?
Usually nothing, unless I'm really trying to concentrate. If I want to keep the ambient office noise from distracting me, I'll bring my MP3 player and listen to whatever I've got on it.

1. That I need to find a new job.

2. Taking sleeping pills every night. But I have a feeling that once #1 is taken care of, #2 will improve too.

3. Sometimes nothing; other times I pull up iTunes & put it on shuffle. I get everything from George Winston to Kelly Clarkson. =)

#1) That being OUT of jail and high is better than being IN jail and high.

#2) There are a lot of habits I know I should break. But I like most of them. Here's a few I will be breaking though:
-Falling in Love. Love is for morons.
-Caring about other people. People are morons.
-Being Normal. Normal people are boring morons.
-Going to jail. People in jail are stupid morons.

#3) Generally whatever song is in my head. Or if I actually have my OWN music... whatever rock 'n roll/metal/punk happens to be broadcasting from my laptop or radio.

1. I learned that I really need to have my meds adjusted so that I am not a useless lump all the time.

2. Being a useless lump. Oh, and the emotional eating that has got me at a very unhealthy weight (again/still).

3. Whatever I want on Live365.com.

1) That I'm capable of exercising regularly

2) Procrastination. I'll work on it later

3) If I'm on the computer, I have many playlists that I rotate through. If not, I have 2GB of music on my phone.
