1. What was the most memorable costume you have ever worn?
2. If you were asked to sing in public, would you do it willingly?
3. Do you carry a pen or rely on the world to provide when the need arises?

1. A homemade dragon costume back in 1st grade.

2. I might.

3. I'm a writer. I carry multiple pens and a pad of paper or my journal everywhere I go. Plus I tend to chew on my pens, and I know I shouldn't be chewing on random pens everywhere I go.

1) So very many! But most recently, I dressed as Klonoa for an anime convention: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/138/395988912_67af92b0ff.jpg?v=0

2) Of course! I do karaoke as much as I can.

3) I carry a pen, usually. I'm rather picky about my pens.

1. I dressed as a banshee one year... I had a flowy outfit made of gauzy rags and I had ratted out grey-streaked hair, blood red lips, the whole makeup thing. When people asked if I was a ghost I would keen and wail (nobody got it). One guy lit up and said, "Oh, you are a LOUD ghost!" Feh, plebians.

2. I am trying to get up the courage to sing solo in public (as Shannon, not wench). Working up to my first recital sometime in May. *shrug*

3. I carry a very specific kind of check-writing pen. If I loan it to someone I "watchdog" it until it comes back to me.

1. Probably the beatnik vampire. I came into the office on Halloween just for a meeting; I was wearing Elizabethan later, but for the meeting, I wore a black turtleneck, black jeans, dark makeup and fangs. Turned heads, I did.
2. No. I hate singing in public. My husband hardly ever hears me sing. The only times I've done so were in high school when I was assigned a solo in chorus and played Mrs. McAfee in Bye Bye Birdie.
3. I carry two pens, actually. And a small pad of paper.

1 - I had a t-shirt that said, "This is my costume" that I wore to my wife's company halloween party. She didn't find it as funny as I did (I won "Lamest Costume" at the party!)

2 - Depends on the music, but yeah, I'm in

3 - I rely on those the world and have yet to be disappointed or left high and dry

1) I've partial to my Baby & Mommy ones I've done for the past few Halloweens. But I think the one I'm most remembered for is my Musketeer Babe costume, that I wore regularly to conventions.

2) Yes, preferably with a Bass, Baritone and Tenor.

3) Yes, but only just recently. I still look for the world's pen to use before digging for mine.

1. Soooo many fun ones in college. but the best was the HUGE queen of hearts costume. It had such wide hoop skirts that I had to get dressed on stage instead of the dressing room downstairs. those skirts were probably 10 feet in diameter.

2. Of course.

3. I rely on the world to provide for me.

1. I don't really remember. I'm not much of a costume person.

2. Absolutely.

3. I always carry a pen.

1. Oh, man ... I've had a few good costumes over the years. I really liked my Jayne costume (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v602/inwe_telemmaite/Halloween%20at%20Work%202007/Halloween003.jpg) from last year but the Asian costume (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v602/inwe_telemmaite/Halloween%20at%20Work%202007/Halloween006.jpg) was definitely the most elaborate. And I think, given the story behind it, it'd thus have to be the most memorable.

2. Quite possibly, scarily enough.

3. I always do -- at least when I have my purse (versus my backpack).

1 Its a toss up between my Mr Garrison costume (which you have as your wallpaper) and My Zap Brannigan costume

2. I have been told by many that i should NOT sing in private even - one by a professional who works for an opera company

3. I want to write my ideas down, but i love talking too much

1. Jessica Rabbit was pretty good, but I've worn a lot of costumes.

2. Yes. In fact, I have a dream of singing the national anthem at a baseball game one day.

3. I used to always carry a pen, but I don't like carrying purses when I can help it, so when it's just my pockets, I don't end up keeping a pen on me.

1. Smurfette. Age 5. Or high school play, dirndl, cleavage up to my chin. Age 17.
2. Yes. Been there, done that. Tone deaf, but would do it anytime.
3. PEN. I'm a writer, you know.
