Nothing Much to Say

Had a nice, mostly lazy weekend. It would have been great except I can't find the notebook that has all my notes about the NEA grant and I have a meeting with Paul and Liz tomorrow morning to talk about grant-stuff. I feel like a grade-A tit.

Went to see Shrek 2 with the usual suspects. God, I have not laughed so hard in ages, and the big kitty eyes made me miss the boys so, so much.

Best things I've heard this weekend

1) from a "best game show moments" thing oh VH1 'Fill in the blank....Madonna's Blonde ____ Tour' and the contestant just blurts out "Tart?!"

2)Shrek 2.

3) Mark, trying to remember his lines for the Toad show "Right! And you know why that is?.........................(whispers) why is that?"
