Cabin Fever?

Okay - I think someone posting the weather information at ADN.com is getting bored. Half an hour ago they said it was -11 and snowing. Now it is supposedly -11 with freezing rain outside the window. Somehow, I don't think it's going to do any kind of raining at this temperature.
