answers 1) In high school my brother was Bakes and I was little Bakes. I always wanted a better nickname, so I figured scooter was a better nickname. This unfortunate misapprehension was soon dispelled as soon as I realized two things: 1)you can't dictate your own nickname and 2) I look nothing like a "scooter". The "P" comes from my middle name. All this being said, I also found out that scooterpbakes is a fairly unique name, even on the internet. Which is good because my name is incredibly common.
2)I really started it as a way to write more. That was a terrible failure, so then I started using it as a dumping ground for random interesting memes and polls I came across. Now I use it, when I think of it, as a bit of a journal and as a bit of a megaphone to let my friends know whats going on in my life. Oh yeah, and ghost_light pushed me into it.
