I have Ed, I was walking through a store during a tornado and picked him up. I found him very comforting and didn't want to put him down when the lockdown was over. So, I bought him. He usually sits on my dresser, but likes to go on vacations with me. Among his best qualities - he makes a lovely travel pillow. That's him in my icon, right after he came back from his adventures. (the airline temporarily detoured the bag he was in)

My last vacation, short as it was, was a weekend away in Gatlinburg, TN. It's close enough to get to in a few hours, and feels like a million miles from home. We usually go once or twice a year. Next year though, we are taking a "big" vacation - the Outer Banks (NC) for a whole week of lying about on the beach.

Yes and no. I don't find my job fulfilling, but I'm used to it. It occasionally offers me the kind of challenge that I like. Now that I'm "properly medicated", I find it and my coworkers a lot easier to endure. And, y'know, it pays the bills.

No - and I'm so sad that I let someone persuade me to part eith him - I was 50 and he was 48

3. I'm really new to this job but so far I do.

1. I have a huge Rubbermaid tote full of them...and overflow. I still have the pink puppy/critter/lamb that was in my crib when I came home from the hospital. I'm almost 50.

3. I don't have one, presently. My last job suuuucked. The one before that was pretty spectacular. I'm an Actor/Stage Manager...so it can vary quite a bit.

I still have mine from when I was little. It's really special to me.

My last long vacation was to Turkey, last year september. But this year, september I went two days to the seashore with my man. I don't know if that counts also.

I simply ADORE my job!!!! It couldn't be more perfect.

No, but I do have Flippy Floppy, who I've had almost my entire life. He's a stuffed dog. Unfortunately he's also falling apart and I can't decide what to do about that. (There's not enough material left to repair him.)

A staycation. (My mother came to visit.)

If I have to have a job (and I do), then I'm okay with this one. (Which is about the most positive I've ever been about a job I've held.)

1) I have a lot of plush animals, they don't stay on my bed anymore though.
2) Last time I went abroad was for Josh's brother's wedding in Croatia, 2011 and that was kind of a holiday I suppose.

3) I love my career, it took long enough and it's challenging as hell but I feel like I've landed on my feet :)
