1.   How early do you start your holiday cards?

2.  If you could still trick or treat, would you?

3.  Have you ever made caramel apples?

1. Usually the first week of December or so. I don't like to mail them too early.

2. I have more fun handing out candy to kids than going and getting it myself, so no. lol Probably not.

3. Nope!

1. I don't often do them, but with the friends I've made here on LJ and on Face book, i've done them more often over the last few years. So I start them probably the 2nd week after Thanksgiving.

2. HELL YES.

3. I have, but .. um... I prefer the mess to be made by other people.

1 - Just a few weeks befoer the holidays. I'm usually pretty damn busy!

2 - And what makes you think I ever stopped? ;)

3 - Yes! When I was a kid.

  1. I only do cards for people who are close to me, and they are mostly hand delivered. Those that need posting only get done shortly before the last posting date.
  2. Never trick or treated, so no.
  3. Nope

3. No.

1. I try to get the international ones out the first week of December, but it rarely happens that way!

2. I never have, we don't really do halloween in Australia, although people are trying to make it more popular.

3. No, but they sound yummy!

1. Start mailing them or start putting together the list of people? My list is done, I just need to 2x check the addresses again. Assuming I get a decent enough photo of the boys in November they go out sometime around Dec. 10-15 (we send out about 100 postcards).

2. Yep. Still do! Having a 2 y/o helps ;)

3. Yes.

1. Oh, mid-December or so. Which could, I suppose, be considered Really Early For Next Year.

2. Yup.

3. I seem to remember my mother making them one year, but I don't actually like them, so no.

1) we usually send 'yearly' cards if any- something funny and winter-related, with a quick note inside to family or friends we don't get to talk to very often online or on the phone- if they ever get mailed at all, it's a miricle, so... what... april? (grins, ducks, and RUNS)

2) in a mall or shopping center, yes... houses, no. creepy and dangerous.

3) Hell Yes! If I hadn't, I'd be a piss poor country boy!
