I'd have to think about #2, but: I think Hunter S. Thompson has a lock on #1 (he was cremated, and then he has asked that a huge 500-foot-tall cannon in the shape of a fist be constructed on his property and then the ashes will be shot out of that cannon. Johnny Depp is apparently overseeing the construction).

I can't speak to #3 in mixed company.

Does a London theater holding a casting call for a terminally ill person to use the body in a production count?

Probably the concept of a time-share mausoleum comes close.

I want the harvesters to go through my body to take out anything useful, and then cremate the rest. Actually, I would like to be put what is left into a compost heap, but apparently there are problems with that and sanitation laws.

A good massage would go a long way right now.

1 - I'm not sure I've heard of any odd requests, myself

2 - I'm not sure I care, but if anyone can make a buck with my kidneys and liver on the black market, go for it

3 - Well...I wouldn't mind ________ or _________ and could certainly go for ___________, but that's tough to pull off in the workplace (not impossible, just tough)
