1. Good weekend?

2. When was the last time you went to the hospital?

3. For family gatherings, do you have a lot of traditional recipes or have you made your own traditions?

1. Good weekend?
Not to bad
QUiet so that was nice

2. When was the last time you went to the hospital?
2009

3. For family gatherings, do you have a lot of traditional recipes or have you made your own traditions?
Right now we kind of do our own

1. Yep, mostly. :)

2. This summer when my dad got hurt.

3. We have our own traditions. We're definitely not your tradition keepers. :p Last year we made homemade chicken fingers, mashed potatoes and gravy instead of a turkey.

1. It was a normal weekend.

2. When I had my youngest, Feb. 1999.

3. We don't have family gathers on my side anymore, not since my mom died in 2001. And since getting divorced, I'm not invited to the ex's family gatherings anymore. So, not really sure on the whole traditions thing.

1--MEH...it was the same as always for the most part.
2--Um...let me think for a minute (even though that hurts my head--LOL!) the last time I recall being there was Feb '09 when I had fallen and needed stitches on my eyebrow area. I was only there overnight that time.
3--More like family traditional recipes.

1) Meh. The snow yesterday was a buzz kill (even more so today.)

2) Uh... I haven't been admitted since... geeez.. i dunno.. I was like.. 8? I was there a couple years ago for the birth of my niece.

3) I don't cook for "family gatherings". I also no longer attend "family gatherings". imagine that.

1) Yeah I'd have to say it was a pretty decent weekend.
2) Last time I was admitted? When I was about 8 months old for pneumonia. Last time I was in a hospital? I think when my ex had pneumonia in Dec. 2003.
3) Mostly traditional recipes.

1. Very

2. For myself? 2007 To visit a friend? Last month.

3. It's been over 4 years since I've been to a "family gathering."

Weekend was okay. Medicine threw me for a loop on Friday, Saw the new Harry Potter on Saturday and successfully managed to procrastinate by watching football on Sunday.

I would have to say to visit my dad two years ago.

and Some of my recipes are traditional, but tweaked. I'm told I make my grandmother's dressing better, and some I've added/borrowed/created over the years myself. I'm the first person that I know of in my family history to do baked mac and cheese.

My mom never really cooked so frozen corn on the cob, and kraft mac and cheese were staples for her thanksgiving.

1. Excellent, thank you.

2. When my daughter tried to chop her fingers off with the food processor!

3. Our own, really.

1. Had better. Spent too much of it asleep.

2. Hospital? 28 through 30th September 2010 for an examination under anaesthetic. Actually, no that's wrong, if you count the Sexual Health Centre as 'Hospital' then late Oct.

3. Kind of do our own.

1. Good weekend? Mostly. Finally saw Deathly Hallows part 1.

2. When was the last time you went to the hospital?
In September cause my friend had a baby. I personally have never been admitted to a hospital.

3. For family gatherings, do you have a lot of traditional recipes or have you made your own traditions?
It's mostly traditional with us. If we try anything new it's usually in the dessert or side dish area.

1. Okay weekend...haven't been feeling great.

2. I took my partner to the hospital just a few weeks ago. As for being admitted myself, the last time would have been in August 2008 when I went in for surgery to be rid of my cancer.

3. Family gatherings are not family gatherings at my partner's mom's house without her white gravy (essentially it's sour cream and butter), but other than that things change up every time. As for my family...my mother tries to make me things that I like, but usually ends up making me things that I liked when I was 5 years old. My brother and his wife made an entirely vegetarian meal last Christmas, which was their way of being welcoming to my partner (who is a vegetarian)...and then we had to miss the meal due to bad highway conditions. In general, I'd say we usually have a mixture of traditional and personal dishes.

1. Good weekend? Yes, it was pretty good, thanks for asking.

2. When was the last time you went to the hospital? End of September when I broke my arm. Had surgery a week later and had to stay overnight.

3. For family gatherings, do you have a lot of traditional recipes or have you made your own traditions? The family dynamic is changing as my generation is now the older generation. We used to have lutefisk at Christmas (I never ate it), but nobody still alive eats it or cooks it. We still have Swedish Meatballs and lefse, though.
