What was the best Birthday Present you've ever been given?

For my 17th bday I got a car...my dad was a mechanic (sp?) at the time, so for my 18th I got the same car running. ;-) At 17 it had no engine and he completely rehauled the whole thing. Oh, and it was a Pinto. ;-) Now you know that was AGES ago. ;-) And I actually liked that car...though it left me stranded (sp?) more than once. ;-)

Best birthday presesnt was an overnight trip to London, meal & theatre for my 40th. That ws pretty special.
Favourite day... erm... any day that i can get a lie in ...lol.

a restaurant a few miles from me called marcopolo's, it has changed hands since we last went so i don't know what it's like now.

I have both and i like both. We have 3 cats and a greyhound (we got him 4 days ago) I have had more cats than dogs in my lifetime though.
