I might have a winner for 3. I just pulled my shirt out of the dryer and found a HUGE tear down the sleeve.

2 - Lip balm. Um. I've heard of that... *sigh*
3 - I could have used "my dog ate my underpants", because he did, but I didn't. I usually didn't bother with an excuse.
