I might have a winner for 3. I just pulled my shirt out of the dryer and found a HUGE tear down the sleeve.

2. Approximately every three minutes.
3. My car was so frozen it wouldn't start. After trying for about a half hour it finally did, but not until I after I called my boss and said "um, I am totally going to be late because my car is literally frozen." She understood.
