2) I perform at them a few times a year. But buy tickets to attend? It's been several years.

1. I worked. All weekend long! (For the Oakland A's.)

2. Some time ago. A fundraiser for a local musician who had a stroke and needed funds for medical bills.

3. Trying to get back into writing. Wrote the opening for another book.

Honestly it sucked. MEH.

I have never gone to either one.

1. Not too bad, I had fun seeing the derby booth at the women's show!

2. In July, and I'll be helping at another one this Saturday.

My weekend was good. Relaxed on Saturday and did some stuff around the house (laundry, washing the dog, etc) and Sunday we went to see Looper as we had a Groupon that was going to expire. It was really good. :)

I haven't attended a fundraiser since the NAMI.org walk which took place in May.

I suppose in a way tonight was one. A we had a raffle towards the organising costs of an event next year.

1. Decent. We celebrated my daughter's birthday. She turned 6. :)

2. It was a few weeks ago. A couple of bands I support out here played a benefit for Shade Tree; our non-profit women's shelter. It was a great show and a good cause. Good times. :)

3. I'm making cider donuts this weekend. We'll finally be in the 80s (which means 60s in the mornings). I'm so looking forward to not using my A/C!!

1) Surprisingly good, considering Jim's MOM was visiting... they have had a rough relationship, but there wasn't a single argument, and she referred to us as "my son and his partner" and then to a cashier she referred to me as "my son-in-law" and seriously... you do NOT get better than that! Whoo!

2) Attended? Years. I have become a little bit of a stick-at-home. But I help with them all the time behind the scenes- especially for "Hope for Horses" here in this area of Washington, and the "Happy Tails Rottie Rescue" in Washington (Goldendale)- I do letters, and ads, and sometimes petition big companies for donations of items they need for thier charges. :) I guess the last one was the big Hope for Horses shindig, just before Big Bertha died- everyone ADORED her, and so she helped make a good impression on all the bigwigs. ;)

3) Slavering Wolves. I mean, honestly, it's scary enough they drool, but do they pee all over your furniture too, or are they mostly focused on eating you?
