Holy crap!   We made an offer on the house today.  Holy crap! 

We went over to look at it with Mommie and Eddie and then over to Mr. Real Estate's office.  He suggested we sign the papers before the panic set in

Is this the same house that was a disaster area mess when you went to go look at it?

I am happy for you, ( I guess). I just hope the mess didn't hide anything that you need to be aware of. That's my only concern.

They tidied up quite a bit for this viewing. We could actually get into the Man Cave, for example, and see it was slightly deeper than we thought.

If they accept the offer, the next step is the home inspection. Mr. Real Estate said to plan on that being at least 2 hours with the inspector groing through everything with a fine-tooth comb. If there is anything serious screwed up, we have the option of walking away.
