2 - Oddly enough it's not very necessary. I finally accepted that a job is just a job, nothing more, nothing less...and walking in the front door and hearing "DADDY! DADDY HERE!" just sort of makes everything else not important
3 - Blue...even though you can barely read what you've just highlighted
