So. Cold.

I went and got macho yesterday. I forgot to put on long underwear since I've gotten used to being snug and warm in my Carharts. I'm pretty sure my bippy is still in a snowbank somewhere.

1. How much snow is too much snow for you?

2. What song has been forever altered by a movie for you?

3. If you could go to the theatre and see any movie tomorrow night, what would it be?

About a foot.

Can't think of one.

Hmm, I don't know what's playing. I'd probably go see the latest Harry Potter because I haven't seen it yet.

it's too cold to snow here. it's -10C

Not a movie, but by a Pairs Skating Performance - Ride, Sally, Ride - became "the cool rebel song" when it was performed in the mid-70's - was "the white trash song" before that.

Does it have to be in theatres now? If yes, Invictus, if not, Wrath of Khan.

1. A flake and a half.

2. Probably all the ones that I would never have heard if they hadn't been in movies.

3. Jeez. That's actually a tough one. I don't know.

1) 10 feet. Otherwise I love snow... 'cept for when i get stuck in Everett because of it.

2) Iron Butterfly's "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" from Manhunter (1986)... I dunno... that whole scene just kinda warped my perception of the song... i always see Dollarhyde tearing through that painting.. and.. whatever. it's great!

3)ANY movie? Or just whatever's showing?? Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day.... although I'm looking forward to Sherlock Holmes.

1. Eh...more than half a foot, I suppose. I'm not a fan of snow.

2. "Hold On" by Wilson Phillips. I now always think of the scene from "Harold and Kumar go to White Castle", where the two guys are driving in the car and that song comes on the radio and they keep sitting there trying to act like they don't both love the song, then finally they just start singing their hearts out, even the subtle little background vocal parts.

3. I'd probably go see "Julie and Julia" again. Delightful.

By the way, I LOVE your Bloom County icon!

1. I think I can handle an inch.

2. Hmm, I'm not really sure, are we talking altered in a good or bad way? Not that I can think of one either way.

3. New Moon

1. Anything above the ankle on streets or sidewalks. Otherwise it doesn't matter as long as I don't have to walk through it.

2. Hallelujah - Watchmen

3. The Lovely Bones - but it isn't out yet.
