Wow

Last night's thunder and lightning storm was just spectacular. Mark and I went to Bear Tooth to celebrate him rocking at his audition for 1776 and when we came out there were 3 girls standing in the parking lot staring intently at....nothing. At the other end of the parking lot were two more guys staring just as fixedly as the same blank space. So we stared for a moment and then moved on. As we were walking away, there was a bright flash, seemingly from behind us, and the girls squealed and ran off. For a moment, we honestly thought it was a camera, then I heard the thunder.

Ulp - just as I did now.....

More later.

Latest On-Line Goofiness

One of my favorite sites, www.notwithoutmyhandbag.com, has started a rather amusing game. People are signing up to say how many kids they want for their fictional family (up to 8) and if they will take multiples, then the person randomly selects if you get a boy or a girl, twins etc. THEN you select names from a list for your virtual bundles of joy.

so far we have welcomed twins named John Porter and Olivia Joy and the little family just added a band new boy - Michael Gordon.
