Late answer
1. Yesterday worked 15 hours. Same on the 1st.
2. On the 1st was 80 degrees, in Miami where I'm working.
3. Last exercise was Monday- ran about 8 miles. On accident. Was supposed to be about 4, got lost on trail. Previous Monday was last exercise before that, about 4 miles....in Miami too.
