Ummmm
The sellers sent a counter offer.
It was not for more money, as we were expecting.
They do not want to fix the kitchen floor, but will take the offered price, will fix the window in the Man Cave that is not up to code and will throw in the antique vacuum cleaner we liked.
We accepted.
Now we await the inspection and so on!
